What to expect in our private orthotics clinics

We have have over 50 years of clinical orthotics and biomechanical assessment experience. As such, you can expect experienced clinicians who are genuine experts in their field.

100% customer satisfaction is always our aim. We standardly fit your orthotics 7 days after your assessment.

However, if you wish orthotics urgently or on the same day we can do that. Most private podiatry/orthotics clinics who claim they provide same day custom orthotics aren't actually providing you with true custom made orthotics made from a corrected plaster cast of your foot.

Instead, they are using a modular system and moulding to an impression of your foot which is not fully corrected (This is not the same as truly custom made foot orthoses).

You can find out more about non-weight bearing plaster casting methods for orthotics in our custom foot orthotics page

How do we do it?

We have been perfecting our own manufacturing methods over the last 20 years.

We can manufacture your custom insoles/orthotics in our lab in Scotland. Details of the process undertaken entirely in-house in our own lab is below.

If you wish a same day service please contact us in advance, to allow us to plan this for you.
